Boy, finishing up one-year sessions gives me all the feels! Beckett was born with the “best hair” award already won. His luscious locks are just the best. I wanted to share a few pictures from this session because 1. I’m trying to be a better blogger, and 2. Every post should have a picture! I have more things to talk about, but guys, you have to admire the beautiful children Ashley and Sam created. Ellie is a dream, (pretty sure she’s a professional model) and her hair is pretty amazing too. I had bald babies. I always wanted my own baby with massive amounts of hair… it didn’t happen, so getting to photograph them is the next best thing…. plus I don’t have to deal with all the product and haircuts! Ha!
Kim is working on Beckett’s final video! Stay tuned for that!!
Ok, onto the rest of this post! I know this will come up so I thought I’d better just address it… Yes, we still do some sessions! We haven’t been actively seeking clients, and our business is changing to be more about teaching, but there are several sessions like these, in our first-year program, that we still do, and that we are finishing up! Kim and I are even planning a spring Heritage session date (maybe two!). We will nail those dates down soon and let everyone know the details on where and when that will be. With growing kids, our “golden hours” are spent at various ball-fields, courts, and other activities. We have to be very intentional with our shooting times. The struggle and the juggle is real.
We’ve had a lot of camera class requests, and we have come up with three classes that we are really really excited about. Stay tuned!! We have tentative dates, but I want to make sure to double-check some things before we go live with those. We also still offer one-on-one mentoring as well if you’d like one of us to work with you on getting the best pictures out of your camera. 🙂
Oh, and I have to share these silhouette pics I made for Ashely of her kids! I loved making these. (contact me if you want one too!)
